Concepts Scotland Limited offers a FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY policy on all orders over £600
Orders between £150.00 and £599.99 will be subject to £50.00 delivery charge.
Orders under £150.00 will be subject to £15.00 delivery charge.

Order shipping outside the UK will be quoted prior to purchase of goods. Please contact us by e-mail info@conceptsscotland.com to inform us of your intended purchase and give us the country including region where you wish the goods to be shipped. Once we receive this e-mail we will reply to confirm the shipping cost
 

Our aim is to deliver most products within 14 working days if possible; however some of our ranges are available only to order and may take longer. Maximum delivery lead time on special orders is 6 weeks.

Concepts Scotland Limited strongly advises you not to book your installers or engage in any preparatory work until we acknowledge your order and indicate delivery dates. If any item is out of stock we will notify you by email or telephone and advise you of the expected delivery date.

If an order cannot be successfully completed due to the purchaser being unable to accept the goods on the date agreed, then a re-delivery charge may be applicable. This cost would then be borne by the purchaser and would be charged prior to re-delivery of the goods.

Orders are read on a daily basis but goods are ordered only between Mondays and Fridays except during Christmas shut down, summer shut down and Bank Holidays. The order date is taken as the following working day for delivery purposes.

Please note that all deliveries (unless specified on the product page) will be delivered by a one man delivery service, so please ensure that assistance is available at the delivery address if required. Deliveries, will be delivered as close as possible to your front door and the delivery person is not obliged to take the goods indoors. If the front door is unreachable for any reason, such as a narrow street, up a flight of stairs (such as flats), or any other obstruction, delivery will be made as near to your property as possible. The driver is NOT insured to take the goods inside your property. An order packed on a pallet will be delivered to a location as stated above, and it is strongly recommended that at least 2 able bodied persons are available to receive the consignment and to carry the goods inside. If you are in any doubt on the size and weight of your order, our team is always readily available to answer your queries and advise in every aspect of your delivery.

Please be advised that the Free Delivery option is only applicable during normal working days; Monday to Friday (Excluding Public & Bank Holidays) If you require a Saturday morning delivery or have a special shipping request outside of normal working hours please contact a member of our team for a shipping quote as there will be an additional cost to the order.

About our Packaging Methods

Some products are delivered direct to our clients from the manufacturer hence the packaging is organised at the factory warehouse. Other products that are in our warehouse will be checked for any visual packaging damage and re-packed if necessary once the contents are checked by our team. The products are packed as safely as possible to reach our clients in good condition. All our products are securely packed and delivered to our customers in our manufacturers’ packaging.
